In 2005, I was given a demo disk for Battlefield 2, a PC based first-person shooter game, it sparked everything of who I am today, and its impact can't be credited enough. I went from reverse-engineering the game's code to bypass demo restrictions, to building custom mods that would cause system crashing, to deep-dive hardware and software optimizations to prevent crashes stretching limited resources, to ultimately obtaining resources to build my first PC. Which marketing my PC, resulted in dozens of contract PC builds for friends, family, and small businesses (often providing long-term MSP-level services). I also filmed commercials of the mods, and sharing them resulted in a small following leading to the founding a gaming and networking group called Squad 426. This group later semi-outgrew gaming and became travel/event focused, with me photo/video documenting good times with an ever-increasing orchestra of gear, personnel, and scale. Pushing resources to their limits, deconstructing systems, optimizing processes, troubleshooting failures, diversely creating media, and leading communities—became my diverse norm. I've continued to expand in every direction for years; except now my learning and process building is now supercharged by AI, allowing me to dive deep into new subjects and deliver impactful results faster and higher quality than ever.
